C.J. Metcalf
Board Member
C.J. Metcalf is a Trustee with the Springfield Park District. He was elected to Springfield Park District’s board in April 2015 for his first term and was subsequently re-elected in April 2019. He is currently the Chairman of the District’s Finance Committee. He also serves as Treasurer for the Illinois Association of Park Districts.
C.J. has worked for the Illinois Department of Insurance (DOI) for over 20 years and is currently the Deputy Director of DOI’s Division of Innovation and Emerging Issues. He lives in Springfield with his wife, Jenny, and their two sons, Jacob and Owen.
