IPARKS Members should utilize our web portal for reporting claims.  Please click on the appropriate coverage type below to report a claim. Once in the portal you will be asked to fill in the required information and will be able to upload any supporting documents. 

LIABILITY

Claims for injuries or non-vehicle damage to 3rd parties allegedly caused by the Member, including public officials and employees.

Claims for damage to Member-owned (1st party) vehicles & Claims for damage to 3rd party property or vehicles caused by Member-owned vehicles.

PROPERTY DAMAGE

Claims for damage to Member-owned (1st party) property, including buildings, contents, equipment, and other assets.

Claims by Member or by 3rd parties related to cyber event, including stolen funds, stolen data, and damaged digital assets.

Additional ways to report: Members may also call 1-833-624-4380 or report a claim through E-mail (IPARKS Claim Reporting).  However, please note it may take up to 72 hours to receive a response from your adjuster.
